The Lowry Hotel is an iconic five-star hotel in the centre of Manchester with a large sprinkling of the extraordinary. It delivers a tangible sense of something a bit different from the moment you step through the polished glass doors. The hotel takes its name from the famous Salford artist L.S. Lowry, so it’s no surprise to discover that art runs through the very fabric of the hotel. 

You will enjoy the space, the vast expanse of glass windows and impressive modern, spotless, yet comfortable interior. There are 165 generously proportioned bedrooms and 12 suites. A spa to relax and be pampered in, the iconic River Restaurant, outside terrace and fashionable lounge piano bar. 

We have secured bedrooms at the hotel on the night of the dinner dance and are thoroughly looking forward to welcoming you to celebrate with us. For those of you who wish to make a weekend of it we have also reserved a number of bedrooms on the Friday night which are offered on a first come first served basis. 

As we are in the heart of Manchester we hope you will find time to enjoy this vibrant and historical city and what it has to offer, from shopping, to its museums and sporting prowess! Furthermore, the famous Christmas markets will be open. Manchester's Christmas Markets have been attracting thousands of visitors to the city centre almost every year since 1998 offering mouth-watering international food, drinks and delicately crafted Yuletide gifts in the heart of this buzzing city.

We have some unique and colourful entertainment lined up for you to make it a night to remember. So, dust off those dancing shoes, dig out that tuxedo and join us for great food, fun, laughter and of course company.

Calling all golfers - we plan to run our usual golf competition on the Saturday morning. This year’s competition will be held at Whitefield Golf Club. With a history stretching back to 1932, Whitefield Golf Club is one of the longest-established in the north west of England. The spectacular 18-hole, Par 69 parkland-style course is especially welcoming, while at the same time presenting a real challenge to players of all abilities.
