Last year was hard to beat, however we have found a gem for 2024.
This year the IFA dinner dance will be held at stunning Bovey Castle, a 5* hotel and spa in the heart of the outstanding Dartmoor National Park.
The hotel boasts an impressive swimming pool and spa and has it’s own challenging golf course.
The hotel will be exclusively ‘ours’ for the weekend and following the success of the dinner last year we will again be offering stays to Members and Suppliers on an all-inclusive basis.
The accommodation will comprise of a mix between hotel rooms in the castle and lodges within the grounds. The lodges sleep 6. All having 3 double rooms with en suite, kitchen, dining and living rooms with wood burning fires and balconies.
We plan to put on some fun activities on the Friday and Saturday such as sloe gin and cider making and tasting by candle light in the grand barn, golf, clay pigeon shooting, archery and a circular hike up to one of the many Tors to see the amazing views across Dartmoor Park.

If you’d like to extend your stay we’re offering additional overnight stays on the Thursday and Sunday (or both) at a reduced rate.
Rest assured there will be no karaoke and no hair cutting this year! (Unless someone volunteers!)
Dress code
For the duration of the event, the dress code is “informal and casual”, with the exception of the Gala Dinner, which is “black tie / evening gown / cocktail dress”.
We have placed an order for good weather, however, we suggest you bring your wellies/walking boots and wet weather gear - just in case!
