You’re invited to the 2026 IMTFA annual dinner dance event. Due to the huge success of the past few years, this year we will again be hosting the event over a weekend, 20th-22nd November 2026.
This year we have opted to return to our vibrant capital city, London, for a weekend of fun, exceptional fine dining and spectacular views.
A relaxed start to the weekend begins at The DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower Bridge on the afternoon of Friday the 20th of November. That evening, we will meet in the hotel’s 12th-floor Sky Bar for a relaxed evening with bespoke cocktails, great food, lively music and fantastic panoramic London views.
On Saturday 21st November our day begins with an optional boat trip on the Thames, including lunch. Then in the evening we transfer from the hotel to the highest restaurant in Europe, the iconic Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen on floor 59 of the outstanding 22 Bishopsgate. We’re thrilled to be taking over the entire floor where we will enjoy the finest wines, exquisite food, vibrant music and as always brilliant company – all with fabulous sky-high 300-degree views of London!
ITINERARY
Day 1 - Friday 20th
15:00 (onwards) - Check in to hotel
The Doubletree by Hilton, Tower Bridge, EC3N 4AF
18:00 (onwards) - Sky Bar
Day 2 - Saturday 21st
11:00 - 13:00 - Boat trip on the Thames, with lunch
18:00 - Return executive transfers from the hotel to Bishopsgate
18:30 - Gala Dinner
Day 3 - Sunday 22nd
12:00 - Hotel checkout
Note: If you are driving, please be aware that there is limited parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton, available on a first-come, first-served basis and payable locally.
Dress code
For the duration of the event, the dress code is ‘smart casual’, with the exception of the gala dinner, which is ‘black tie/evening gown/cocktail dress’.
